The Trinity Center is situated on Bogue Banks Island on NC Hwy 58 in Pine Knoll Shores, North Carolina — 6 miles west of Atlantic Beach and 12 miles east of Emerald Isle. The Island is connected to the mainland by bridges crossing Bogue Sound at Cape Carteret (NC Hwy 58 ) and at Morehead City just off US-70.
SUGGESTED ROUTE
From Durham, take Interstate 40 to Exit 373 (approximately 1-1/2 hours from Durham) and turn left from the exit ramp onto Hwy 903/24. Stay on Hwy 24. As you approach Jacksonville, at a big intersection go straight through the traffic light to get to the by-pass around Jacksonville. Follow the signs to Hwy 24, not Hwy 24 downtown. On the other side of Jacksonville, continue on Hwy 24 through Swansboro. When you come to Hwy 58, turn right at the traffic light, cross the bridge to Emerald Isle, and follow the road up the Island approximately 15 miles, past Salter Path, until you see the Trinity Center sign on the left, between mile markers 10 and 9, just past the blue water tower.
